We are looking for a Quality Supply Chain Specialist to ensure timely deliveries in IC5 series production. You will have a central role in collaborating with suppliers and monitoring their performance through data collection and analysis.

You will ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of the IC5 project by working closely with suppliers, technicians, and internal professional groups.

You will join a skilled team of 13 colleagues, including Quality Managers, Inspectors, and Quality Coordinators, who collaborate to secure the success of DSB’s projects.

About the job and your tasks As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will have a central role in ensuring that our suppliers deliver on time and in accordance with our needs.

Your work is a combination of project work at our head office in Telegade and travel to suppliers and their subcontractors primarily in Poland, Germany and France, where you will have the opportunity to follow up directly on their processes.

Your day will typically include analyzing data and gathering facts to assess a supplier's delivery status, participating in an internal project meeting to share insights and follow up on actions, or preparing for an upcoming supplier visit by reviewing reports and identifying key focus areas. This variety ensures an engaging work environment.

Your primary tasks will include to

  • Monitor and evaluate the supplier's capacity and delivery precision.
  • Obtaining and analyzing facts and data to identify possible risks in the supply chain.
  • Engaging in close dialogue and collaboration with suppliers and their subcontractors.
  • Supporting projects with knowledge and insight that ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
Who are you? We are looking for you who have

  • Experience from international production at several locations.
  • Experience in evaluating and following up on suppliers' services and schedules.
  • The ability to identify and communicate risks related to the supply chain.
  • Good collaboration and communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Willingness to travel 2-4 days at a time, 12-16 times a year.

In this role, you will work with international suppliers and colleagues to ensure timely delivery of the IC5 trains. Therefore, it is important that you thrive in a role where communication and collaboration are core elements.

You work systematically and you are good at collecting, evaluating and presenting information in a clear and understandable way.

Your approach is characterized by a focus on knowledge sharing and maintaining a good collaborative environment.

In addition, you are expected to be ready to travel, as tasks often involve going to the supplier’s site.
