Are you hands-on, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented? Bloomtree Technologies is looking for an IT Technician to join our Aalborg team. This is a dynamic role involving IT hardware testing, refurbishment, inventory management, and warehouse operations.

What You’ll Do

• Audit, test, and securely erase data from IT equipment (laptops, desktops, servers, network gear)
• Troubleshoot and repair basic hardware/software issues
• Refurbish devices, including component replacements
• Receive, sort, and accurately log incoming equipment
• Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Keep the workspace safe, clean, and organized
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure efficient order processing
• Contribute to improving warehouse processes and efficiency

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Basic knowledge of computers and IT hardware
• Comfortable working with your hands and learning new tools or systems
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Solid judgment and problem-solving skills
• Team player who can also work independently
• Intermediate English communication skills (written and spoken)

Preferred:

• Previous experience in the refurbished IT industry
• Experience with warehouse or inventory management systems
• Previous experience or a strong interest in e-commerce is desirable
