Job Description

We are looking for two experienced cooks to join our kitchen team. You will be responsible for preparing Vietnamese dishes according to our recipes and quality standards. Your tasks include food preparation, cooking, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and supporting daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble bánh mì, salads, bowls, and other menu items

• Ensure consistent quality and presentation of dishes

• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures

• Assist with kitchen organization and daily prep

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience with Vietnamese cuisine

• Ability to learn quickly and follow recipes

• Good teamwork skills and a positive attitude

• Reliability and strong work ethic

• English speaking skills (basic level is fine)
