our team, optimize operations, and ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Job Summary
As the Takeaway Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, maintain food quality,
and ensure smooth and efficient service. This role is perfect for someone who is proactive,
customer-focused, and experienced in both team leadership and operational logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all daily takeaway operations, including order management and delivery coordination.
- Lead and motivate a team to ensure quick, friendly, and professional service.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints effectively.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
- Manage staff schedules and training.
- Monitor stock levels and place timely orders to avoid shortages or waste.
- Maintain accurate daily cash and card transaction records.
- Work with ownership to implement promotional campaigns and drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certificate in Restaurant Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Experience in both dine-in and takeaway environments is a plus.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English required; Danish proficiency is a strong advantage.
