Can you turn complex technical information into engaging content?

At Inwatec you be part of the Engineering team, and you will work on creating, organizing, and maintaining all technical documentation related to our products.

Your work will ensure our customers have access to accurate, up-to-date and easy understandable information to support the use and maintenance of our products.

Strong communication and coordinating skills are crucial. It is a bonus if you are interested in technical processes, however certainly not a must.

Your Tasks:

• Develop and maintain user manuals, technical manuals, and other documentation related to our products
• Work closely with engineers to gather information and ensure documentation is accurate and complete
• Continuously improve documentation processes and tools to streamline content development and maintenance
• Organize and maintain a centralized depot for all technical documentation
• Communicate user-friendly information with a focus on end-user experience
• Ad-hoc tasks to support our project teams
• Assisting with smaller video productions for technical tutorials and similar

Qualifications

• You are currently enrolled in a full-time study program and are looking to work 8-15 hours per week
• You have a good knowledge of writing and text editing
• You are an excellent English speaker and are good at translating complex processes into simple language
• You are detail-oriented and good at setting priorities for your tasks
• You might be familiar with the basics of photography and have experience creating storyboards, filming, and editing video clip
