  • Ørestads Boulevard 114, 2300

Would you like to ensure that our office runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis? Would you like a broad and independent job, providing service to your colleagues in a company contributing to the green energy transition? Do you enjoy working in a diverse and international team balancing many stakeholders? Then you may be the person we are looking for.

Nordic RCC – supporting security of supply and the green energy transition

Nordic Regional Coordination Centre (RCC) provides critical services and insights to support the national Transmission System Operators (TSOs) in Finland, Norway, Sweden and Denmark — to ensure the efficient operation and use of the Nordic power system and high security of power supply at any time.

Based in Copenhagen, Nordic RCC is one of six RCCs in Europe, equally owned by the Nordic region's four electricity TSOs: Fingrid, Statnett, Svenska Kraftnät, and Energinet.

As European power systems integrate and evolve to meet climate goals, Nordic RCC provides regional coordination, integrated services, regional insights and recommendations to the Nordic TSOs and their control centres, to support cross-border operational security 24/7.

Join Nordic RCC, a fast-developing company determined to make a significant impact in the energy sector and to provide for a secure and efficient transition to the green, sustainable energy system.

Right now, we are looking for a Senior Office Assistant who likes to make a difference!

Job description:

Right now, Nordic RCC is located on two office floors in Copenhagen Towers in Ørestad. We already have one Senior Office Assistant who ensures that we have a well-functioning office environment. From January 2026 to June 2027, we will rent a third floor for additional, temporary activities. To ensure that we can keep our high standards in the office, we are looking for an additional Senior Office Assistant for an 18-months’ period, starting January 2026.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Office Assistant, you will

  • Create a welcoming, tidy and functioning office environment

  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers (reception, food & drinks, cleaning, etc.)

  • Ensure necessary office supplies

  • Repair office workplaces

  • Book meetings & host guest meetings

  • Organise social events and celebrations

  • Handle internal communication on practical matters

  • Handle physical and digital mail to Nordic RCC and answer our company phone

  • Be available for various questions and set people in contact with the right people

Requirements:

You would be a great candidate if you thrive on providing service! We expect that you are proactive, responsible and enthusiastic. You are visible in the office and can interact effortlessly with your stakeholders. You are independent and do not need a manager to give you instructions since you will rely on overall directions and your own well-developed common sense. In addition, you have solid problem-solving skills, pay attention to detail and are well-organised.

We expect that you are fluent in English and in either Danish, Swedish or Norwegian. In addition, you are proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel.

What we offer

You will be joining a company of competent, diverse, and enthusiastic colleagues. We are currently 24 nationalities with over 30% women (striving to improve this balance) and all ages.

Your daily workplace will be in our newly furnished office premises in Copenhagen Towers, Ørestad. Given the type of tasks you will be responsible for, most of your work-time will be in the office but the possibility to work from home can be arranged occasionally.

Our values of fellowship, curiosity, respect, and transparency have been defined by all employees. They identify how we behave and shape the way we work together, and we expect you to see yourself in them.

The position is conditioned upon a satisfactory background check as well as a national security clearance, both of which will be facilitated by Nordic RCC. You can read more on security clearance here. Please also note, that the process includes that any spouse, registered partner, cohabitant, steady partner, co-resident, child over 18 living at home and parent with the same address as the candidate must also consent to be examined.

Application deadline and contact information

Please apply online as soon as possible (in English) and no later than 23 November 2025. We may conduct interviews on a continuous basis.

To ensure a fair and unbiased recruitment process, we kindly request that you do not include photographs in your CVs or application materials.
