Your position

In your new position as Senior Contract Manager, you will be a valuable member of the dedicated Contract Management Team whose mission is to ensure effective and compliant contract execution across large-scale energy projects. You will have the chance to drive and improve our contract management framework. 

Your place of work will be in one of our offices in Denmark (Esbjerg or Copenhagen), depending on your preference and location. The position is full-time, and you can expect to travel 10-30 days a year. You will report to the Head of Contract Management and will be allocated to EPC contracts in the Transitional Energies division.

Your tasks & responsibilities

As a Senior Contract Manager, your responsibility will, first of all, be to conduct excellent contract life cycle management of EPC contracts which includes: 

  • Contract reviews, flowdowns and negotiations
  • Identifying and managing commercial risks in collaboration with project teams
  • Ensuring contract governance
  • Handling change management and claims
  • Preparing management reports and ensuring structured communication

 

Your profile & qualifications

We are looking for a confident and collaborative contract management professional, who is passionate to ensure progress. You have a proactive and structured approach to your work and are eager to optimize and improve.

To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have:

  • A master’s degree in law/commercial law 
  • Preferably 5+ years of experience with large scale EPC contracts in the offshore industry or any related industry
  • Extensive experience with contract and claims management
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Furthermore, it is important that you have a flexible, empathic and team-oriented mindset as you will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders.
