We are looking for a new colleague to join an exciting project with our client in the renewable industry.

 

The Application Customization & Operations IT Product Line (ACO IPL) manages a substantial portfolio of over 600 applications, primarily SaaS solutions, serving both enterprise-wide and specific business domains. These applications vary in size and complexity, and due to the large user base, many qualify for tenders. ACO is currently encountering numerous EU and SKI tenders, particularly in areas such as AIM, ARM, Developer Platforms, and QHSE. Support is sought to effectively manage and oversee these tenders.

 

Location: Greater Copenhagen area, hybrid.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• Leadership and Communication experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and effectively communicate with stakeholders
• Tender Management Experience
• Extensive experience in managing tenders, including preparation, submission, and evaluation
• Project Management & Agile Proficiency experience
• Expertise in project management methodologies including agile (SAFe knowledge is a plus)
• Experience with using AzureDevOps (ADO) for tracking
• Documentation and Organizational Skills
• Ability to document functional requirements and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Problem-Solving and Risk Management skills and experience
• Strong analytical skills to identify issues, develop solutions, and mitigate project risks
• Budget and Negotiation Skills and experience
• Experience in managing project budgets and negotiating with vendors and stakeholders
• Nice to have: Certifications and Industry Knowledge: Certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 is advantageous
• Valid EU work permit making you able to start to work right away
• Professional level of English - both oral and written

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Play a crucial role in ensuring effective project management by maintaining traction and facilitating a streamlined, planned process
• Facilitate and document the formulation of Functional Requirements, ensuring that all project objectives are met efficiently and effectively
• Bring your extensive tender experience to the table (including SKI experience), contributing to the successful execution and delivery of project goals
