At ABENA, we are looking for a temporary Marketing Coordinator in Aabenraa to join our team and help us keep an efficient workflow as we support a global company!

As our new Marketing Coordinator, you will become responsible for coordinating and planning tasks for content writers, graphic designers, and other creative resources across all target audiences and segments. Your goal is to ensure steady progress on both day-to-day tasks and larger projects, while facilitating clear and timely communication with key stakeholders and maintaining effective information flow across internal and external channels.

Working closely with the Project Manager and creative team members, your role provides structure and visibility into ongoing marketing initiatives by supporting the development project timelines. The position plays a key role in driving the successful marketing task support and ad hoc assignments across segments, ensuring communication, consistency, quality, and timely delivery.

Your key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and qualify tasks through ticket system (Monday), and ensure smooth project flow as well as arrange meetings and communication (Teams) with internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Compliance, Legal)
• Support marketing activities in collaboration with the Project Manager and creative team
• Assist with creative briefs and adapt campaigns, while providing daily support to country teams and departments.
• Handle ad hoc tasks such as print production and delivery tracking
• Ensure clarity in task requirements and follow-up

What we hope you bring

• Proficiency in managing tasks using digital project management tools such as Monday
• Familiarity with knowledge of digital marketing and communications practices i.e. versioning processes, with the ability to tailor content to specific media and target audiences
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Danish; recognized for excellent customer communication skills
• Experience using Google Analytics and SEO principles to guide content creation and evaluate performance
• Proficiency with CMS platforms
• The ability to transform complex information into clear, engaging, and compelling storytelling
