We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Management Assistant to support our management team with daily administrative and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate is structured, proactive, and able to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to management

  • Manage schedules, meetings, and correspondence

  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations

  • Coordinate internal and external communication

  • Assist with general office management tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Management Assistant or in a similar role

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Good command of English (Danish is an advantage)
