We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Management Assistant to support our management team with daily administrative and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate is structured, proactive, and able to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to management
Manage schedules, meetings, and correspondence
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
Coordinate internal and external communication
Assist with general office management tasks
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Management Assistant or in a similar role
Strong organizational and communication skills
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good command of English (Danish is an advantage)
