We are looking for a chef with expertise in Italian cuisine, especially in regional Tuscan and Emilia Romagna cuisine, specializing in fresh pasta and traditional Italian recipes. The chef must have worked in high-end restaurants. The candidate must be self-sufficient, work well in a team and under stress during the intense work of the high peak months. The candidate must be able to speak Italian and a minimum of English.
