Ansvarsområder:
Som manager vil du blandt andet være ansvarlig for:
-    Opsyn med salgsteamet som består af 7-9 personer
-    Kundeservice
-    Effektiv uddelegering af opgaver til de ansatte for at opretholde en høj standard for service og kundetilfredshed.
-    Administration af personaleforhold (vagtplaner, sygemeldinger mv.)
-    Bestilling og kvalitetssikring af varer

Kvalifikationer:
Vi søger en kvalificeret kandidat med følgende kompetencer:
-    Erfaring inden for ledelse inden for servicebranchen.
-    God til at holde overblikket selv når tingene spidser til
-    Stærke organisatoriske evner
-    Erfaring med personaleadministration

We are looking for a store manager for our store in Copenhagen. Our good location means that we are always busy, as we get many customers both local and international thanks to our exotic assortment.
Responsibilities:
As a manager, you will be responsible for, among other things:
- Supervision of the sales team consisting of 7-9 people
- Customer service
- Effective delegation of tasks to employees to maintain a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.
- Administration of personnel (shift plans, sick leave, etc.)
- Ordering and quality assurance of goods

Qualifications:
We are looking for a qualified candidate with the following skills:
- Experience in management within the service industry.
- Good at keeping an overview even when things get hectic
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience with personnel administration
