We are now looking for a dedicated Dispatcher / OCC employee to join our team in Billund.

Key Responsibilities

• Slot coordination and obtaining airport and overflight permissions

• Arranging handling, fuel, catering, hotels, and related services

• Price negotiations and ad hoc sales

• Coordination and planning of VIP and ambulance flights

• Coordination of aircraft under management, including cost allocation

• Dispatch/OCC daily operations and flight planning

• Communication and coordination across departments

• Ensuring operations comply with all regulations

• Optimization of fleet utilization

• Participation in duty roster, including evening and weekend shifts

• Handling various ad hoc tasks

Profile

You are flexible, responsible, detail-oriented, service-minded, and able to work independently. You have a positive mindset, are a strong team player, and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in aviation, logistics, or freight forwarding (preferred)

• Strong IT skills

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

• Danish is not required, but considered an advantage

• Other language skills (e.g., German or French) are a plus

• Ability to multitask and stay structured in a busy environment

• Strong communication skills, empathetic and outgoing
