About FLC:Femern Link Contractors (FLC) is the joint venture responsible for the design and construction of the immersed tunnel, tunnel portals, and ramps. About the department:For the Industrial Relations Department, we are looking for an Industrial Relations Coordinator. You will be part of a small, passionate team with two colleagues and work in close cooperation with HR, Payroll, Timekeeping and other internal stakeholders.The Industrial Relations team aims to secure and maintain the best possible relationship between FLC and industrial organizations, ensuring good employment conditions for our employees based on local legislation and contractual agreements. You will assist the Industrial Relations Manager in all aspects of the daily tasks.
Main tasks and responsibilities:You will report to the Industrial Relations Manager.
Qualifications:The ideal candidate is relations-oriented, well-organized, and capable of handling multiple priorities and stakeholders. You preferably, you have at least 1-3 years of experience in industrial relations, or a similar field, understanding of collective agreements and Danish employment law. Experience from an employers' association, trade union, or HR is preferable.
