INTRODUCTION
We are looking for a procurement supporter to join our facilities at Roskilde Airport, if
you can combine a commercial understanding with a technical interest, then maybe it
is you that we are looking for.

WORK ASSIGNMENTS
The tasks will range from:

  • The tasks will range from: Issue RFQs to suppliers.
  • Analyze offers with a focus on price and quality, e.g., certificates and conditions.
  • Negotiation of prices
  • Place orders via web-based solutions and Email. Continuous follow-up on all open orders.
  • Facilitate quote pricing for our customers. Maintain and develop cooperation with suppliers.
  • Support the company's sourcing and purchasing strategy with a focus on facilitating and driving purchasing decisions through the development and adaptation of e.g. processes.

ABOUT YOU

  • Relevant experience within Supply Chain, and it is of course a plus if you have strong purchasing skills and business acumen from the industry.
  • Independent, structured, and efficient
  • A sense of order and quality conscious
  • Responsible and reliable
  • English in writing and speaking.
  • IT knowledgeable, preferably with knowledge of our ERP system Quantum.

As a person, you are not afraid of new learning, you can handle having several balls in
the air at the same time, and you thrive in a busy everyday life, and at the same time
you are good at handling deviations.
