We are looking for a strong communicator with excellent negotiation skills and fluency in multiple languages. You will play a key role in building international supplier relationships, representing Temashop at trade fairs, and ensuring smooth procurement processes. Temashop ApS is Scandinavia’s market leader in costumes, party decorations, and accessories – and we are now looking for a dedicated Buyer / Procurement Assistant to help us keep our shelves stocked with everything from unicorn horns to Hawaiian shirts. 🎯 Your main responsibilities
  • Placing orders and following up to ensure optimal stock levels
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers worldwide
  • Negotiating prices, terms, and agreements with both new and existing suppliers
  • Representing Temashop at international trade fairs and industry events
  • Coordinating and monitoring deliveries and purchasing agreements
  • Ad hoc tasks and project work – no two days are ever the same
🙌 We’re looking for someone who
  • Has excellent communication skills – you express yourself clearly, professionally, and with confidence, both in writing and in speech
  • Speaks and writes fluent English, and in addition is fluent in either German, Spanish, or Chinese
  • Enjoys negotiations and is confident in dealing with international partners
  • Is reliable, structured, and quality-conscious
  • Is curious and motivated to learn – experience in procurement is an advantage, but not a requirement
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, flexible, and cheerful environment
