Key Responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment process, including posting job ads, interviewing, and onboarding new hires
Support and coordinate the activities of the Sales and Contracting departments
Support general HR functions to ensure smooth team operations
Develop strategies to enhance the company’s image and visibility through various promotional channels
Profile Required:
Has strong organizational and communication skills
Experience in HR, PR, or administration is a plus
Social media proficiency is a plus – ex. Linkedin, facebook..
Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Previous experience in sales or the travel industry is highly preferred
