Your position 

As a Digital Project Manager in IT, you’ll be the driving force behind cross‑functional projects that digitize and optimize our business processes across Semco Maritime. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders in all areas of the business, and partner with internal development teams and external vendors to deliver secure, scalable solutions that our colleagues love to use.

Your place of work will be at our Global HQ located in Esbjerg, the hub of the Danish energy industry, right on the waterfront – views do not get any better than this. The position is full-time, and you can expect up to travel 30 days per year.

Your tasks & responsibilities 
You will be responsible for end‑to‑end delivery of business‑critical digital initiatives, including:

Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

• Own the delivery of business-critical digital projects from idea to implementation—setting direction, building momentum, and celebrating success.
• Engage with stakeholders at every level, from offshore engineers to executive sponsors—ensuring every voice is heard and every need is understood.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams—coordinating internal developers and trusted external partners to deliver secure, user-friendly solutions on time and on budget.
• Shape and refine project processes—documenting, optimising, and evolving workflows as our digital journey accelerates.
• Drive ERP excellence or custom development-based projects —and ensuring seamless integration with business operations.

Your profile & qualifications 

You are a structured collaborator with a passion for digital transformation and a track record of delivering impact. We imagine that you bring:

• 5+ years’ experience delivering IT/digital project management within complex organizations.
• Proven experience with ERP‑related projects (implementation, upgrades, or integrations) as well as custom developed solutions (ie .net or sharepoint based).
• Experience with Agile/Hybrid delivery and tools such as Jira.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in Danish and English (spoken and written).
• Á strong grasp of cyber security and data protection principles in project delivery.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, PMP) are an advantage.
