Are you ready to contribute to Northern Europe's biggest construction project? We are currently seeking a CMMS Coordinator to the implementation and operation of the Planned maintenance System of the vessels and equipment used on the Marine scope of the project – thereby supporting the way that the fleet can operate efficiently, effectively and safely. Your contributions will be to optimize procedures, maintain accurate records of the equipment state and support the technical department in ensuring reliability and availability of equipment.

Responsibilities:
The CMMS Coordinator will use the information available in the PMS and the available experience to evaluate and adjust the maintenance protocols in the system continuously.
Job tasks:
Reviewing the Technical breakdown of our Vessels and Technical Marine Installations
Assessing the appropriate Maintenance strategy to the (underlying) assets
Advising on the strategic take of Marine spare parts and stock
Coordinating the warehousing method of individual items as per their specific requirements
Analysing stock mutations
Reviewing administration in the FLC CMMS
Analysing trends in system performance
Training and guidance on CMMS users (offshore and onshore)
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Experience working in a technical marine maintenance environment.
A completed technical education at Bachelor level or equivalent qualification.
Knowledge of Marine Planned Maintenance systems such as Maximo, Star, etc. (experience with system implementation and set-up is a plus).
Excellent oral and written skills in English (Danish and Dutch are a plus).
Good analytical skills.
Self-motivating and friendly personality with the ability to work with multiple nationalities.
An organized and structured approach to work.
Willingness to travel.
