We are currently seeking a skilled chef to join our team.
The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Guangzhou, Sichuan cuisine and possess a strong culinary background. They should be comfortable working both weekdays and weekends, have an open-minded attitude, and the ability to handle pressure with a positive attitude.
Fluency in English, Chinese, or Danish is required.
Responsibilities:
- Creating and preparing dishes for a la carte service Developing and planning menus that showcase Guangzhou, Sichuan cuisine
- Managing kitchen operations and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Training and supervising kitchen staff to ensure consistent food quality and presentation
- Ordering and maintaining inventory levels of kitchen supplies and ingredients
- Adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Keeping up-to-date with food trends and industry developments
Qualifications:
Previous experience working as a chef specializing in Guangzhou and Sichuan
Proficiency in English, Chinese, or Danish Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent attention to detail and organization
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Passion for cooking and creating new dishes Understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines
