Our client is leading the renewables transition towards a fossil free future. Development of their digital landscape is key in achieving this ambition. To realize their large portfolio of digital projects for Business Area Wind, consisting of the business units Solar and Batteries, Onshore Wind and Offshore Wind, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join them.

As a Business Analyst you will drive the requirements definition and follow up for prioritized digital projects for our client and be working closely together with business stakeholders in their digital supply teams in the clients department for IT and Digital Engineering.

Location: South part of Denmark, work onsite at the office is expected at least 3 days per week. Occasional travel to other client' locations could be required.

• Education: Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Enterprise Automation or related field
• Proven experience in business analysis and requirements management in the Energy sector
• Proven experience applying industry standards for documenting processes (e.g. BPMN) and requirements (e.g. user stories or SysML)
• Proven experience facilitating requirements related workshops (e.g. requirements gathering, refinement, prioritization and approval)
• Experience in and understanding of corporate IT landscapes
• Experience with both traditional project methods as well as agile ways of working
• Demonstrable experience in implementing new processes and performing change management in a complex international organization with different stakeholders on carious levels
• Knowledge of the following areas is preferred: Renewable energy, Asset maintenance, Financial reporting
• Excellent communication skills, being able to explain complex topics in an understandable way to non-technical stakeholders
• Stress-resistant and able to prioritize and focus
• A quick learner with a hands-on attitude who is willing to take on responsibility and continuously develop
• Excellent analytical skills and able to understand requirements from non-technical business representatives
• Team player with excellent cooperation skills dealing with different cultures in an international setting
• Consulting skills to advise stakeholders on all levels on the way forward
• Valid EU work permit making you able to start working right away
• Professional level of English - both oral and written

• You translate business needs into future operating model descriptions and associated business/organization/technology/solution requirements (collectively referred to as “requirements”)
• You drive refinement & alignment of requirements with affected stakeholders, ensuring: business objectives are met; requirements are prioritized and traceable to business objectives; and requirements are SMART (so they can be tracked and delivered by the projects or agile delivery teams)
• You collaborate with projects or agile delivery teams to ensure that requirements have clear and testable acceptance criteria
• You drive and/or support the definition of associated business value, both quantitively and qualitatively
• You act as interface and facilitator between business stakeholders and digital delivery teams
• You participate in shaping change management strategies and plans to ensure business change is successfully rolled out and embedded
• You document the requirements and ensure governance processes are followed.
• You ensure that expectations are managed and deviations, risks and bottlenecks are timely communicated to business and project management
