A role filled with responsibility and influence

As an Assistant Operations Manager, you will play a central role in daily operations and quality assurance of the guest experience. You will work closely with the Head of Sallie's and the team in both the kitchen and service areas.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring a top-tier guest experience and helping elevate our service to the next level
• Motivating, developing, and supporting employees
• Ensuring compliance with and improvement of routines, standards, and workflows
• Co-managing shift planning and daily operations in the absence of the Head of Sallie's
• Actively contributing to a positive and solution-oriented work environment

Experience or a willingness to learn

We imagine you have experience in the restaurant industry, retail, or a similar service-related field – or that you have strong motivation to learn and grow in a leadership role.

Additionally, you:

• Are structured and able to maintain an overview – even in busy situations
• Thrive with responsibility and take initiative naturally
• Communicate in Danish or English
• Are flexible and can adapt to a dynamic work environment
