Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes using traditional wok techniques with speed and precision.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
- Manage mise en place and ensure all ingredients are prepped and ready.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the wok station and kitchen area.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Wok Chef or in a similar high-heat, fast-paced kitchen role.
- Deep understanding of wok cooking techniques and Asian cuisine.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask efficiently.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Food safety certification is a plus.
