Warehouse Employee for Special Handling at Bring
Are you naturally curious, love solving problems, and never let go of a task until it's done? Do you have a sharp eye for detail, a creative yet systematic mindset, and enjoy taking on challenges that require both brainpower and action?

Then you might be our next colleague in the Special Handling team at our Greve terminal.

What is Special Handling – and what will I be doing?
Special Handling is a unique department at the terminal where customer service meets hands-on logistics. We take care of shipments that need a little extra attention – the ones that weren’t sorted correctly, came back to us, or are missing documentation. It could be anything from wrongly addressed parcels and missing EDI to customs papers, dangerous goods, or damaged packaging.

During busy periods, we also help out on the sorting belt and handle rejected parcels.

The job is a mix of desk work and physical handling of packages, so you’ll need to be comfortable working with both a computer and safety shoes.

Your tasks will include:

  • Handling “problem” shipments and making sure they reach the right recipient
  • Proactively working to reduce the number of “problem” shipments
  • Coordinating recurring issues and improving processes
  • Collaborating with our external drivers on shipments
  • Coordinating with other departments at Bring
You’ll be in contact with a wide range of people – from customer service to our drivers and customers.

What about working hours?

  • Monday to Friday, between 14:00 and 22:00
Who are you?

We imagine our future colleague is someone who:

  • Is great at navigating systems and thinking outside the box
  • Communicates well – both by email and phone
  • Is a problem-solver who goes the extra mile to find solutions
  • Is open to all kinds of tasks at the terminal and not afraid to get hands-on
You speak and write fluent English and understand Danish.

Why apply for a job in Special Handling?
Special Handling is for those who enjoy taking responsibility and finding solutions where others see problems. We work with shipments that need extra care – which means your day will be full of variety, close collaboration, and real impact.

You’ll be part of a small, self-driven team – a sub-department at the terminal where things move fast, but there’s also time to focus on what matters and make sure every parcel finds its rightful owner.

We offer a permanent full-time position with opportunities for professional and personal growth. You’ll have a role with broad contact and influence on processes, and we value engagement, presence, and initiative. Special Handling requires special skills – and we’ll make sure you get the chance to develop them.

Sounds like you? Here’s what to do next:
We don’t want a traditional application. Instead, just upload your CV and answer these two short questions:

  1. Imagine you’re holding a parcel with no address and no documentation. Describe how you would approach the task – what steps would you take, and how would you prioritize your efforts?

  2. Write a short text in Danish describing what motivates you about working with complex shipments and collaborating at a terminal. Use your own words and write as if you were talking to a colleague.

You’ll answer these questions as part of the application form when uploading your CV.

We’ll evaluate candidates based on their CV and answers. After that, we’ll use a personality test and a concentration test.

If you have questions about the job, feel free to contact Ole Bennetzen at ole.bennetzen@bring.com

Start date is by agreement, and the application deadline is October 31st, 2025.
