Do you want to join as a Logistics Coordinator & Invoicing Specialist Shipping?

In this position you will work closely with project managers, colleagues, and external partners to deliver efficient, high-quality service to our global customers.

Key Tasks
  • Invoice project and spare part orders in collaboration with the Project Manager.
  • Prepare and submit LC presentation for projects to the bank.
  • Create, book, invoice, and follow up on TAS (third-party) shipments.
  • Support the Shipment Manager in project transports and delivery coordination.
  • Manage inbound and outbound shipments, including Dangerous Goods documentation.
  • Report progress, issues, and improvement suggestions.
  • Use corporate systems for deviation, corrective, and preventive actions.
Qualifications
  • Relevant higher education or equivalent practical experience.
  • Solid experience in logistics, transport, customs clearance, and dangerous goods handling.
  • Strong system and process understanding (ERP and SAP experience is an advantage).
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive, with good multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English
