We are looking for a UX/UI Design Lead for our client in the Pharma Industry. Our client is seeking a Design Lead to drive the development and go-live of "Verified", an intelligence product, part of the BRI@NN program. As the Design Lead you will be responsible for driving daily operations of Verified, a PowerPlatformbased intelligence tool, aimed at extracting insights from internal and external data sources related to creation of clinical trial protocols.
Location: Greater Copenhagen, hybrid.
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- Proven experience as a Design Lead or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects within the pharma, healthcare, or related industries
- Proficiency in conducting user research, defining user journeys, and translating insights into impactful design solutions that address user needs and business objectives
- Expertise in usability and desirability principles, with a focus on creating intuitive and engaging user experiences for complex data intelligence tools
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to drive the design and implementation of user-centric solutions
- Strong understanding of key adoption metrics and success criteria, with experience in defining and tracking the impact of design decisions on user engagement and product effectiveness
- Experience from the pharma industry - advantage
- Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away
- Professional level of English - both written and oral
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the product vision and user requirements, conducting user interviews and research to gather insights that will inform the design and usability of the intelligence tool
- Define user journeys, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience throughout the tool's functionalities, from data input to insights generation for the creation of clinical trial protocols
- Champion the usability and desirability of the intelligence tool, leveraging your expertise in design principles and user-centered methodologies to create a product that meets user needs and expectations
- Lead the design and development of the solution, working closely with developers and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with user requirements and design specifi-cations
- Define key adoption metrics and success criteria, establishing benchmarks to measure the tool's impact and user engagement within the clinical trial protocol creation process
