We are seeking an experienced System Architect for our client in the banking sector.

Location: Greater Copenhagen area or Finland, Norway or Sweden.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• Strong skills within key technologies and skills applied in Core Banking such as Hadoop, Kafka, Cloudera, IBM MQ, Oracle Exadata and RAC (Oracle Cloud @customer), Advanced network monitoring, Kubernetes and Defining Non-Functional requirements
• Advantage: Temenos T24/Transact
• Advantage: Platforms as a Service (Cloud-ready platform hosting)
• • Database principles and concepts (ORACLE preferred)
• Advantage: Integration principles, technologies and concepts (OSB, MQ, WebLogic or similar)
• Advantage: Operating systems (RedHat Enterprise Linux, or similar and Windows Server)
• Advantage: Networking (CISCO)
• Advantage: Load balancing technology (Citrix NetScaler / F5 or similar)
• Advantage: Security (JWT, client certificates, and OpenID Connect)
• Advantage: Microservices and containerization principles
• Advantage: Agile methodology, practices and tools (SAFe preferred)
• Advantage: Continuous integration and development pipelines (source code pipeline setup and support)
• Advantage: Config as Code and Infrastructure as Code (Codify configuration management)
• Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away
• Fluent in English - both oral and written

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Contribute to documentation (e.g., SDD, TRRD), identify architectural improvements, and stay updated on IT infrastructure and solution best practices
• Lead and participate in IT systems/infrastructure design, develop and maintain architecture roadmaps, and ensure alignment with governance
• Collaborate with Product Management and Release Train Engineers to deliver technology solutions, and guide implementation of architectural principles
• Define, track, and manage Non-Functional Requirements; coach teams on areas like SRE, monitoring, root cause identification, and technology best practices
