Swedish speaking costumer service/insurance service representative

Nordiccom is a Danish company located in Copenhagen, and we are growing fast. With offices in both Copenhagen, Malmö and Helsinki, our Swedish team is working hard and would love some new energetic colleagues joining them on their sales team, who’s responsible for the following tasks:

• Advising existing bank customers
• Customer service
• Sales

We are looking for characteristic people with a flair for working with people over the phone and making sure the customers get a great experience every time.

• Confidence and the ability to work as part of a team
• Good communication skills and the ability to connect with all kinds of different people

• Fluent in Swedish (English language skills are also an advantage)
