Our mission is to deliver an unforgettable food experience in a fun, casual, and energetic setting.

We’re looking for a skilled Sushi chef at least 5 years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about making sushi accessible and exciting. You’ll be crafting fresh, made-to-order sushi and Japanese-inspired street food, ensuring every dish is as delicious as it is Instagram-worthy!

• Prepare sushi rolls, sashimi, poke bowls, and other quick serve Japanese inspired dishes

• Maintain speed and efficiency while ensuring top-notch quality and presentation

• Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and prepped daily

• Keep the kitchen/station clean, organized, and in line with health & safety standards

• Engage with customers when needed, explaining menu items and making recommendations

• Work collaboratively with the team to refine and innovate our menu offerings

✔️ Experience in sushi prep, fish cutting, and rice preparation (restaurant or street food experience preferred)
✔️ Strong knife skills and ability to handle different types of fish
✔️ Knowledge of proper seafood handling and storage techniques
✔️ Understanding of sushi rice cooking, seasoning, and storage
✔️ Ability to work quickly and maintain consistency in a high-energy kitchen
✔️ Commitment to food safety and cleanliness
