We are looking for a proactive and experienced Supply and Launch Coordinator to manage product launches and take ownership of the collaboration with a range of suppliers.

Welcome to 2care4/Your tasks:

Coordinating product launches: 

Close collaboration within SC, RA and other in-/external stakeholders, to optimize the individual launches as well as the launch management process 

  • Challenge status quo and/or flag any risks if a business need is unclear/significantly changed post signing for a product launch
  • Continuous improvement of the launch process
  • Sustain and strengthen reporting for the launch process and products

Supply planning: 

Take ownership of the collaboration with a number of suppliers, and manage the corresponding portfolio of products 

  • Enable an efficient supply setup for the respective portfolio products
  • Collaborate with in- and external stakeholders to continuously improve the balance between forecast, inventory and delivery performance on portfolio products, with the aim to improve inventory turnover, commercial performance and reduce scrap. 
  • Support the S&OP process and monthly reviews.

A little more about you

You have a background within D.pharmacy background, supported by M.Sc. or similar, and with 2-3 years of experience. To succeed in this role, you must be an excellent communicator and ultimately you will build and maintain strong relationships with our suppliers. But most important is it that: 

Ability to collaborate with a broad range of in- and external stakeholders.

Data oriented and with an analytical mindset 

Ability to drive an efficient and successful launch process.

Basic understanding of and keen to learn more about supply chain management

Good level of competency in utilising ppt and excel, and ideally PowerBI for efficient reporting.

2-3 years experience with inventory management and/or procurement

Basic project management, 

Industry experience working with generics and/or pharmacy/hospital sector
