Student Assistant – Admissions Assistant for Full-time MBA
IntroductionWho are we?Copenhagen Business School (CBS) runs three internationally recognised MBA programmes within our MBA department. We are organised into teams for admissions, marketing, programme management, careers, and alumni. What are we looking for?We are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented and motivated student assistant to join our MBA Admissions team. You should have excellent written and verbal English communication skills and be eager to work in an international environment.
Please note: It is a prerequisite for employment that you are an active student at a higher educational institution in Denmark and have a valid Danish work permit
.What do we do?The Admissions team manages the application and selection process for MBA students, ensures prospective candidates receive accurate information, and supports marketing and recruitment efforts globally.
Tasks in the positionAs Admissions Assistant, you will support the Admissions Manager with a variety of tasks, including:
- Monitoring the general admissions mailbox and replying to queries
- Working in the CRM system (setting up campaigns, managing applications)
- Assisting with CV assessments of prospective candidates
- Updating information on MBA homepages
- Preparing, sending, and following up on online campaigns
- Assisting incoming international students with visa and housing information
- Supporting international fairs and other events
- Working in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
Requirements for experience/qualifications and personal skillsWe value the following qualifications:
- Fluent English with strong writing skills
- Experience with CRM systems (advantageous)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with digital and social media
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.

Salary and terms of employmentEmployment takes place in accordance with the HK organisational agreement and the Collective Agreement between the Ministry of Finance and Publicly Employed Organisations (OAO-S Collective Agreement).
The salary currently ranges between DKK 141.14 and DKK 148.06 per hour, depending on previous office employment experience and level of education. The pension contribution amounts to 16% of the pensionable salary components.
It is a prerequisite for employment that you are an active student at a higher educational institution in Denmark and have a valid Danish work permit.
The position is time-limited, with a prospective start date of Monday January 5th until you finish your studies.
