This role involves secretarial and administrative tasks for the projects and the research group hosting them at the Department of Sustainability and Planning, TECH Faculty of IT and Design, under the supervision of Associate Professor Maurizio Teli.

Work tasks:
In this role, you will provide essential administrative and secretarial support to two Erasmus+ projects: EDUS – Educating to Sustainability and Stories of the Sea. These projects aim to foster education and awareness around sustainability and marine environments through international collaboration and innovative approaches.
Your work will include coordinating communication between project partners, assisting with the preparation and submission of reports, and managing documentation to ensure compliance with Erasmus+ requirements. You will help organize meetings and events, both online and in person, and support the research group hosting these projects at the Department of Sustainability and Planning, TECH Faculty of IT and Design. This includes handling day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling, maintaining records, and facilitating smooth workflows within the team.
The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment where sustainability and design intersect. You will collaborate closely with Associate Professor Maurizio Teli, who supervises the projects, and contribute to initiatives that have a real impact on education and sustainable practices.

Competencies:
We are seeking a colleague who combines strong organizational skills with a collaborative mindset. You should feel comfortable managing administrative tasks with accuracy and care, while also contributing to a positive and supportive team environment. The role requires clear communication and the ability to maintain an overview of ongoing activities. Previous experience in similar roles constitutes a plus.

An interest in sustainability and international cooperation will be valuable, as these themes are at the heart of the projects you will support. We appreciate curiosity, reliability, and a sense of responsibility in handling tasks that help the team succeed. Above all, we are looking for someone who enjoys working with others and takes pride in contributing to meaningful initiatives.

You will become part of a dedicated research group within the Department of Sustainability and Planning, TECH Faculty of IT and Design. The team works on projects that explore how sustainability can be integrated into education and design practices, with a strong emphasis on international collaboration and societal impact.

The group is led by Associate Professor Maurizio Teli, whose research focuses on participatory design and sustainability. Maurizio values openness, dialogue, and teamwork, creating an environment where ideas can be shared and developed collectively. As a team, we strive to maintain a supportive and inclusive atmosphere, where each member’s contribution is appreciated and where learning is part of everyday work.
