We are on the lookout for two student assistants to join our project team and contribute to the success of the Digiwind project — a European initiative that aims to equip STEM professionals with the digital skills needed for the future of wind and energy systems. Position 1: Communications & Design Student Assistant
In this role, you’ll help create engaging and visually compelling materials to support the communication efforts of DigiWind.

Your tasks may include:

  • Ad hoc communication tasks
  • Designing posters, one-pagers, brochures and other graphic materials
  • Filming and editing short videos 

Position 2: Digital Marketing & CRM Student Assistant
In this role, you’ll focus on digital outreach and backend marketing operations, supporting our marketing funnel and CRM development.

Your tasks may include:

  • Ad hoc marketing support
  • Contributing to creating and executing email marketing campaigns
  • Assisting with paid social media campaigns
  • Supporting CRM implementation and maintenance

Our expectations of you
We imagine that you are well underway with your BSc or MSc in communications, multi-media, journalism, film studies, digital marketing or related fields. You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to apply your skills in a dynamic, international project environment.

It’s a plus if you have experience in:

  • Graphic design and content creation tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite, video editing)
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

What we offer in return
You will be part of a dedicated project team with senior researchers, communications and business support colleagues who will offer you the chance to be part of a unique and innovative European project advancing access to digitalised education in green transition skills.

Salary and appointment terms
The appointment will be based on the multi-union collective agreement for the Organisations of Public Employees—Denmark (State) (OAO-S) and the trade union agreement for clerical staff etc. (HK/State).

The workplace is DTU Risø Campus near Roskilde, with occasional workdays at DTU Campus Lyngby.

Working hours are on average 15 hours per week and can be organized flexibly in relation to holidays, exams, etc. Starting date is August 15th (or according to mutual agreement). The employment runs as long as you are an active student.

The workplace is DTU Lyngby Campus (or one of the other locations).
