The Department of Digitalisation is seeking several student assistants for a temporary position as student assistants on one of our external projects.

The Department of Digitalization (DIGI) focuses on how digital technologies are changing business and society. This is reflected in our research-based education, our core research activities, as well as our externally funded research projects, and our ongoing engagement with external partners.

Your tasks will vary, and you’ll be involved in many practical aspects of the daily operations of our project, including:
  • General research support to the project members
  • Performing general administrative tasks

We’re looking for someone who:
  • Is enrolled in a higher education programme and has completed at least one year of studies
  • Is organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Is friendly and enjoys working with people
  • Speaks and writes English fluently; Danish is a plus
  • Has a good command of Microsoft Office

Salary and terms of employment

Employment takes place in accordance with the HK organisational agreement and the Collective Agreement between the Ministry of Finance and Publicly Employed Organisations (OAO-S Collective Agreement).

The salary currently ranges between DKK 141,14 and DKK 148,06 per hour and is dependent on previous employment in the office profession and level of education. The pension contribution amounts to 16% of the pensionable salary components.

It is a prerequisite for employment that you are an active student at a higher educational institution.

The employment is time-limited with a potential possibility of prolongation.
