We are looking for 3 Student Assistants. We are looking for someone who is both structured and visually strong — a team player who can support DTU Entrepreneurship’s portfolio team with communication, visual content production and event execution.

You will have a key role in making sure we get things done — and the more responsibility you take, the more you will be trusted with.
The job requires you to be organized, proactive, and ready to involve your teammates when needed to ensure smooth execution - whether it’s preparing a programme workshop, supporting a large event day, or handling practicalities during community gatherings.
You will be part of a team of 'fixers' who take pride in solving tasks together and making sure we deliver on what was agreed.
Most tasks will be ad hoc and of a practical nature. The tasks will fall into two main categories:

You are either in the later stages of your bachelor’s degree or beginning your master’s studies. We expect you to thrive in a dynamic environment where you solve tasks in close collaboration with others, while also being able to work independently. You are curious and eager to learn — a 'fixer by nature'.

Salary and terms of employment
The appointment will be based on the multi-union collective agreement for the Organisations of Public Employees—Denmark (State) (OAO-S) and the trade union agreement for clerical staff etc. (HK/State).
The working hours are an average of 12-15 hours a week and can be organised flexibly in relation to holidays, exams, etc. Start date is as soon as possible. The employment runs as long as you are actively studying.
The workplace is DTU Lyngby Campus.
