The Full degree team in the office of International Education is seeking one student assistant for 12 hours per week.

Primary areas of responsibility
If you are a structured and independent student, who likes to assist others, then we might have the job for you. Your primary tasks will be to:

  • Answering emails from, and assisting potential and current students
  • data analysis
  • promoting DTU 
  • preparing presentations
  • host DTU visits from interested students
  • ad hoc tasks

Our expectations of you
We are looking for a student assistant who has an interest in administrative tasks and who likes to work in an international environment. 

We expect you to be/have:

  • an international full degree student, preferably you just started your studies at DTU
  • native English speaker or to have very good English speaking and writing abilities
  • a team player
  • an outgoing personality, be driven and proactive and shouldering responsibility

Salary and appointment terms
The appointment will be based on the multi-union collective agreement for the Organisations of Public Employees—Denmark (State) (OAO-S) and the trade union agreement for clerical staff etc. (HK/State). 

Working hours are on average 12 hours per week and can be organized flexibly in relation to holidays, exams, etc. Starting date is 1 November 2025 (or according to mutual agreement). The employment runs as long as you are an active student.

The workplace is DTU Lyngby Campus.
