Your position

You will become a valuable member of a dedicated team, whose mission is to drive innovation and foster a culture of creativity across Semco Maritime. You will have the chance to shape the branding and communication of innovation initiatives, helping elevate our profile internally and externally.

Your place of work will be at our Global HQ located in Esbjerg, the hub of the Danish energy industry, right on the waterfront – views do not get any better than this. The position is part-time, 10–15 hours per week onsite during office hours (8:00–16:00).

Your tasks & responsibilities

As a Student Assistant, you will be responsible for strengthening the visibility and identity of our Innovation team through creative communication.

Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

• Crafting engaging content for internal and external platforms – including visuals, graphics, and written communication
• Supporting campaigns that promote innovation culture and storytelling
• Assisting with the planning and execution of innovation events
• Translating ideas and strategies into professional and appealing visual materials
• Supporting and adhering to health, safety, and environmental standards in all activities

Your profile & qualifications

We are looking for an outgoing and creative student who is passionate about innovation, communication, and visual storytelling. You have a proactive and organised approach to your work and are eager to make a difference through creativity and collaboration.

To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have:

• Ongoing education in communication, marketing, design, innovation, or a related field
• Fluency in English and Danish through strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with content creation and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• A keen eye for layout, branding, and visual storytelling
