About the Role  As a member of our management support team, you will collaborate closely with our dedicated staff and contribute to essential administrative processes. You will be part of a team of 11 employees with a wide range of tasks including support for the department management, financial management, IT Governance, Work Environment, Education & PhD administration.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Mastering calendar management in Microsoft Outlook
  • Crafting PowerPoint presentations
  • Preparing agendas for key meetings
  • Assisting with comprehensive department reports
  • Keeping our intranet up-to-date
  • Organizing documents in DTU's filing system
  • Tackling various ad hoc tasks

What We Expect from You  We are looking for someone who:

  • Is pursuing a relevant education  e.g. within Business or Public administration, communication, IT or Environmental and Energy Studies and has a keen interest in administrative processes
  • Communicates effectively in both Danish and English, both written and spoken
  • Approaches tasks, big and small, with a commitment to quality
  • Brings a positive attitude and a willingness to learn

Salary and appointment terms
The appointment will be based on the multi-union collective agreement for the Organisations of Public Employees—Denmark (State) (OAO-S) and the trade union agreement for clerical staff etc. (HK/State).

Working hours are on average 15 hours per week and can be organized flexibly in relation to holidays, exams, etc. Starting date is 1st June 2025 (or according to mutual agreement). The employment runs as long as you are an active student.

The workplace is DTU Risø Campus near Roskilde with occasional workdays at DTU Campus Lyngby.
