Magasasa, an authentic Chinese restaurant in the heart of Copenhagen, is looking for an experienced and skilled Chinese dumpling and noodle chef (mian dian shifu) for a full-time position.

• Preparing handmade dumplings (jiaozi) and steamed buns (baozi)

• Making fillings for both dumplings and baozi

• Producing fresh noodles from scratch

• Working quickly and consistently in a busy kitchen

• Have at least 2 years of experience with Chinese dumpling and noodle preparation

• Are experienced and able to work independently with high precision

• Are familiar with traditional Chinese cooking techniques

• Are reliable, cooperative, and responsible
