Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook authentic South Indian dishes with consistency, including dosa, idli, vada, sambar, chutneys, and Hyderabadi biryani.
• Develop and innovate new menu items inspired by South Indian street food.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a South Indian Chef in restaurants, hotels, or catering.
• Expertise in dosa varieties, Hyderabadi biryani, and street food snacks.
• Strong knowledge of South Indian spices, flavors, and cooking techniques.
