We need a souschef with experience from the Mediterranean kitchen, i.e. French, Spanish and Italian food for a full-time position. Experience with smørrebrød will also be great as we serve this for lunch.

You will be part of a professional team with high professional standards and a good working environment.

You must make incredibly tasty food, work energetically with structure, take responsibility, be quick and calm during service, and be ready to work most weekends as this is when the most fun happens. Sundays and Mondays are closed.

The working language is English, so proficiency in English is a prerequisite.
