Who you are

We’re looking for a Souschef who never compromises on craftsmanship and who has the drive to be the leading figure for a large team in a brand-new concept. You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Are a trained chef with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Are structured and quick to act in situations that require immediate solutions. In other words—you can plan, stay organized, and ensure the kitchen is always ready for service.

  • Have strong communication skills, ensuring handovers, orders, and teamwork are always clear and precise.

  • Understand and agree that a good working environment is the foundation for great food.

  • Take professional pride in your work—you care about quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail in every dish.

  • Master classical techniques and are confident with sauces, stocks, pasta, fish and meat butchery, bread baking, as well as ice cream and dessert preparation.
