Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Head Chef to maintain high culinary standards
  • Lead the kitchen team in the Head Chef's absence
  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes using the finest ingredients
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

  • Certified culinary training
  • Proven experience in a high-end restaurant
  • Strong leadership skills and a passion for gastronomy
