Job description:
We are looking for a motivated and structured Sous Chef / Kitchen Team Manager to join our kitchen team. You will play a key role in daily production, quality control, staff guidance, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations during busy periods.
Key responsibilities:
Lead and support the kitchen team in daily operations
Menu preparation, recipe printing, and weekly planning
Quality control and hygiene follow-up
Training new team members
Close cooperation with the Head Chef and leadership team
Qualifications:
Relevant kitchen background and professional experience in a similar role
Good organizational and leadership skills
A positive and solution-oriented mindset
Ability to work flexibly, including evenings/weekends during high season
