You will experience a varied workday as you rotate between different stations on the line. This requires dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently – but it also ensures an exciting daily routine where you are constantly learning new things.

We provide thorough training over approximately 4 weeks, where you will be closely guided and receive feedback to grow into the role. This means you don’t need extensive experience – the most important thing is your willingness to learn, your ability to communicate in English, and your desire to thrive in a team where cooperation and quality go hand in hand.

1. Operating the production line in collaboration with colleagues
2. Rotating between different stations for varied work positions
3. Quality assurance and correct handling of products

Qualifications

1. Experience from production or industry is an advantage, but not required
2. Good understanding of English – both spoken and written
3. Ability to work at a fast pace with focus on quality
4. Dexterity and attention to detail
5. Team player with a desire to collaborate and support colleagues
6. Reliable and punctual
7. Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
8. Flexible and adaptable
9. Comfortable receiving instructions and feedback

Special Conditions

1. Working hours: 12-hour shifts (06:50–19:10), with 7 consecutive days off
2. Work schedule: Mon–Wed: Work. Thu–Wed: Off. Thu–Sat: Work. Sun: Off – then repeat!
3. Try & Hire program for 4 weeks with the expectation of permanent employment if the match is good
4. Salary: 166 DKK/hour + evening allowance from 18:00
5. Option to request night shifts upon permanent employment
6. Lunch program (37.50 DKK/day) with a varied and tasty menu
7. Transport option by bus from Aalborg – otherwise, a car is required
