We are looking for a skilled PLC Programmer with Siemens expertise, who is motivated to relocate and settle in Denmark (Copenhagen area).

We develop and manufacture advanced robotic machinery for processing reinforcing steel. Our solutions assemble complex 2D and 3D steel structures used in reinforced concrete construction.

Your new working day – Technology, Teamwork & Travel - Collaboration without borders

You will join a dynamic and highly skilled engineering team, bringing together expertise in robotics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and PLC programming. From concept through to commissioning, you will be actively involved in the early stages of product development and will have excellent opportunities for both professional growth through close collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•    Design, develop, and implement PLC and HMI solutions
•    Take part in the full product development lifecycle – from concept to finalized systems
•    Program and test automation solutions (Siemens/SCADA, TIA Portal)
•    Perform commissioning, training, and customer support worldwide (approx. 50 travel days per year)
•    Ensure high-quality documentation, including programs, manuals, and technical records
•    Collaborate closely with robotics, mechanical, and automation teams
•    Contribute innovative ideas to continuously enhance the company’s solutions and systems

Qualifications

•    Educational background as an Automation or Electrical Engineer (or equivalent)
•    Minimum 4 years of experience in automation development, preferably as a PLC Programmer or Automation Engineer
•    Hands-on experience with Siemens/SCADA, TIA Portal, HMI design, and Structured Text programming
•    Knowledge of C++/C# and Beckhoff software is considered an advantage
•    Experience in industrial applications using robots is an advantage
•    Strong understanding of cross-disciplinary collaboration and the ability to communicate technical solutions effectively
•    Fluency in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in Danish is an advantage
