We’re seeking an enthusiastic housekeeping supervisor to help us deliver sincere care and a worry-free experience at the largest hotel in Scandinavia. With over 800 rooms, AC Hotel Bella Sky in Copenhagen needs a strong team member to close the day and lead our evening team. This role is ideal for someone eager to help us change the story of what housekeeping can be – a true team player who values employees as whole people and leads with empathy.
About the Role
The Supervisor plays a central role in ensuring our housekeeping team has the information, resources, and support they need to deliver exceptional, worry-free service. This role requires clear and kind communication, sincere care for both guests and colleagues, and a proactive approach to building trust and cooperation across departments.
The Supervisor is expected to help foster a calm, organized, and respectful atmosphere – contributing to a positive work environment and helping the team succeed together.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for the following key tasks:

Receive the handover from the morning Supervisor and close the day by completing all administrative tasks and ensuring Opera updates are accurate.

Write a comprehensive hand-over for the next morning’s Supervisor.

Be responsible for the housekeeping phone, coordinating with the front desk, and act as a runner when necessary.

Clean 3-5 rooms per evening, as needed.

Communicate proactively and in a timely manner to keep communication clear and reliable.
- Work 1-3 evening housekeeping shifts per week (with no Supervisory duties); this position shares the role with 2 others who rotate Supervisor shifts.
About You

You keep calm under pressure, can multi-task across various functions, and adapt easily when plans change.

You have excellent organizational and time management abilities.

You are a confident, kind, and professional communicator.

You are a proactive problem solver who isn’t afraid to get your hands dirty.

Ideally, you are a current housekeeping supervisor at a smaller hotel looking to grow your skills in a large operation.

You have familiarity with hotel systems (Opera, Teams, Planday) preferred.

You are flexible and available to work 14.30-22.00, every other weekend, and some holidays.

Fluency in English is required; other language skills are a bonus.
