Your position 

As our new Service Engineer, you will join the high-performing Service team in our Technology Solutions Division. Together, we ensure the service and maintenance of our global clients' offshore operations.

You will work on a variety of telecommunication projects both domestically and internationally—one day you may be offshore in Brazil supporting our clients, and the next you’ll be back at our office in Esbjerg, contributing to tenders and project planning.

Your place of work will be at our Global HQ located in Esbjerg, the hub of the Danish energy industry, right on the waterfront – views do not get any better than this. The position is full-time, and you can expect to travel 100+ days per year.

Your tasks & responsibilities 

You will support our international clients in the servicing and maintenance of telecommunication systems, both remotely and by working on-site offshore. 

Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

  • Being actively involved in the installation and annual preventive maintenance of customer equipment within telecom systems such as PAGA, Tetra, VHF, CCTV, Network, etc.
  • Diagnosing and resolving issues
  • Overseeing projects onshore and offshore
  • Be part of the on-call for our clients with Service Level Agreements
  • Assisting in commissioning and engineering for Brownfield projects

Your profile & qualifications 

We are looking for a self-motivated, proactive person, who can work independently to find the best solutions for our clients. 

To succeed in this position, we expect that you have:

  • A technical educational background, such as a degree in Applied Industrial Electronics or Engineering related
  • Experience in the offshore industry and in creating work packages including method statements and risk assessments
  • An interest in travelling to the locations where potential clients are operating
