As a service staff member, you will play a key role in ensuring our food hall is prepared for daily operations and that events and gatherings are executed professionally and efficiently. You will contribute to creating a positive experience for our guests by ensuring that everything runs smoothly, both before and during events.

Responsibilities:

  • Food Hall Setup:
    • Set up tables, chairs, and decorations according to the day’s requirements.
    • Ensure the food hall is always presentable and ready for opening.
    • Monitor cleanliness in the food hall and ensure that hygiene standards are maintained.
  • Event Execution:
    • Assist with events and gatherings, including setting up, serving, and attending to guests’ needs.
    • Collaborate closely with the kitchen and other service staff to ensure food is served correctly and on time.
    • Clear tables and ensure that event spaces remain clean and presentable during and after the events.
  • Customer Service:
    • Be available to assist guests and ensure they feel welcomed.
    • Handle any ad hoc tasks or issues that may arise during events.
  • Collaboration with Other Departments:
    • Coordinate tasks with the kitchen and other colleagues to ensure smooth operations during both daily service and events.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the service industry, such as restaurants, hotels, or events, is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a structured manner and maintain oversight in busy situations.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A service-minded approach and a focus on guest experience.
  • Flexibility regarding working hours, as evening and weekend shifts may be required.

Ansvarsområder:

  • Klargøring af food hall:
    • Opsætning af borde, stole og udsmykning i henhold til dagens behov.
    • Sørge for, at food hallen altid er præsentabel og klar til åbning.
    • Overvåge renligheden i food hallen og sikre, at rengøringsstandarder overholdes.
  • Afvikling af selskaber:
    • Assistere ved selskaber og arrangementer, herunder opsætning, servering og opfølgning på gæsternes behov.
    • Arbejde tæt sammen med køkkenet og andre servicemedarbejdere for at sikre, at maden serveres korrekt og til tiden.
    • Rydde af borde og sørge for, at selskabslokalerne holdes rene og præsentable under og efter arrangementer.
  • Kundeservice:
    • Være til rådighed for gæsterne og sikre, at de føler sig velkomne.
    • Håndtere eventuelle ad hoc opgaver eller problemer, der kan opstå under arrangementer.
  • Samarbejde med andre afdelinger:
    • Koordinere opgaver med køkkenet og andre kolleger for at sikre en smidig afvikling af både den daglige drift og events.

Kvalifikationer:

  • Erfaring fra servicebranchen, fx restaurant, hotel eller events, er en fordel.
  • Evne til at arbejde struktureret og bevare overblikket i travle situationer.
  • Gode kommunikations- og samarbejdsevner.
  • En serviceminded indstilling og fokus på gæsteoplevelsen.
  • Fleksibilitet i forhold til arbejdstider, da aften- og weekendarbejde kan forekomme.
