About the Role
This newly established position calls for a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of DTU’s technical disciplines and a vision for enhancing excellence and societal relevance. You’ll play a key role in connecting DTU’s academic strengths with broader strategic initiatives, both within Denmark and globally.

You’ll work closely with the Provost and participate in strategic activities, with a strong focus on collaboration and execution. Your ability to listen, communicate, and co-create solutions with researchers and stakeholders will be essential.

  • Holds a relevant academic degree and has research experience
  • Is curious and motivated to engage across a wide range of academic fields
  • Has leadership experience within university or research management
  • Can provide strategic support aligned with DTU’s ambitions
  • Is eager to collaborate nationally and internationally
  • Communicates clearly and effectively across diverse audiences

Terms of Employment
Salary and terms of employment follow the collective agreement with the Danish Confederation of Professional Associations (AC). You will be employed as an Academic Officer or Senior Officer, depending on qualifications.

The position is part-time (up to 50%) and begins on 1 January 2026 .
